Reading your result
You get two scores, not one
They answer different questions. Whichever one is low tells you what to fix.
Self Score : can you do the job?
How much of what the job asks for you already have. Low means you are missing some skills or experience the posting lists the breakdown tells you which ones.
Fit Score : is the job right for you?
How well the job matches your career goal. Low means something is off the level, the location, or the direction even if you can do the work.

Questions
Common questions
How does it work?+
Three steps. You paste the LinkedIn link for the job you are targeting, upload your resume, and add a line about your career goal. The posting is read into a real role, your resume is parsed into skills and experience, and the two are compared requirement by requirement. You get a Self Score, a Fit Score, and a breakdown naming what matched and what did not. Then one click turns it into a PDF you can attach to your application.
What do I need to generate a report?+
Your email, your resume as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX under 5 MB, and ideally the LinkedIn link for the job you are targeting plus a line describing your career goal. Both are optional, but the report is far more useful with them.
Why does my career goal matter?+
It is what your Fit Score is measured against. Without it the report comes back saying "no career goals specified" and scores you in one direction only: whether you meet the role’s bar, with nothing about whether the role suits you. A sentence naming the role, seniority, industry, and location is enough.
How long does it take?+
Resume parsing runs on the AI service and usually takes up to about three minutes. Keep the tab open. The progress list shows which stage it is on.
What is actually in the PDF?+
A one-page-per-section report: your overall fit score with a verdict band, Self Score and Fit Score, a category-by-category breakdown showing what the job asked for against what your resume contains, and a summary section.
Should I really send this to a recruiter?+
It works best when the scores are strong, or when you want to get ahead of an obvious gap by showing you understand it. The report is evidence-based rather than promotional, which is what makes it credible including the parts that are not flattering.
Can I generate a report for more than one job?+
Yes. After the first run, use the role dropdown to re-score against another matched role, then download a fresh PDF. You do not need to re-upload your resume.
Is my resume shared with anyone?+
No. The analysis runs against your own account and the PDF is generated in your browser it downloads to your device, and you decide who receives it.
